First draft, written before the game opens. We'll review it before launch and say so in the news if it changes.

These terms apply to Tile RPG: the game, this website and the forum. By making an account you agree to them.

The game is in development

Tile RPG is being built by a small team and is offered as it is. Things will break, change or be removed. While the game is in development we may reset characters, items or the world, with notice in the news when we can.

Your account

You need a valid email address. One email address can hold one account.
Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Accounts and characters are for your own use and can't be sold or transferred.
If you're under the age of digital consent where you live, ask a parent or guardian before signing up.

How you play

You agree to follow the rules. We can warn, suspend or delete characters and accounts that break them, and remove forum posts, names or content that do.

In-game things

Characters, items, gold and houses exist only in the game. They are not property, have no real-money value, and can't be exchanged for money.

What you post

You keep the rights to what you write on the forum, and you let us show it on this website. Don't post things you don't have the right to share.

Liability

We do our best to keep the game running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using it.

Ending your account

You can stop playing at any time. To have your account deleted, post in the Help board on the forum. We may close the game or an account, with notice where we can.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post it in the news. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
